Before withdrawing a student from the school, parents or guardians are required to submit a written application for the Transfer Certificate at the School Office.
The Transfer Certificate will not be issued until all school dues are fully paid. Parents are expected to clear any outstanding fees before the issuance of the TC.
If a student is unable to continue studies in the school due to any unavoidable reason, parents are requested to apply for the Transfer Certificate on or before 30th April of the academic year.
As all records need to be verified before issuing the TC, parents are advised to submit the application well in advance of the deadline. This ensures a smooth and timely process of the Transfer Certificate.
The school will verify all necessary records before issuing the Transfer Certificate, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
The withdrawal might be due to relocation, change in educational institution or other unavoidable circumstances.
Parents are requested to cooperate with the school administration during the withdrawal process to facilitate a seamless transition for the student.
Once all requirements are met and records are verified, the Transfer Certificate will be issued to the parents or guardians.
Note : The withdrawal process is designed to ensure proper documentation, settlement of dues and a smooth transition for students leaving Cauvery Matriculation Higher Secondary School. Timely communication and cooperation from parents greatly contribute to the efficient handling of withdrawal requests.
